For all orders, production can take up to a week. Orders to addresses in the USA are produced in the USA.

Cancellation and returns
As the products we sell are personalised, we do not accept returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know within seven days of receiving the parcel. Please email admin@sensitivematters.net with clear photos if relevant, as this will help us to find a solution for you as quickly as possible.
