Production timing

UK, European and all worldwide orders are printed within 4 days.

US production can take up to 1 week.

Shipping: if you choose next day delivery, the parcel will normally be delivered the next working day after it is ready for dispatch. However, we have noticed that many couriers are not abiding by their stated timings - they say this is due to Covid pressures and increased volumes. We cannot be held accountable for delays due to carriers.

Nigeria and South Africa:


Please note that Royal Mail no longer delivers to Nigeria and South Africa and courier fees are uneconomical. Please email us for a solution if you would like to ship to either of these countries.



Cancellation and returns

As the products we sell are personalised, we do not accept returns.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know within seven days of receiving the parcel.  Please email with clear photos if relevant, as this will help us to find a solution for you as quickly as possible.
